The Individual Engagement Grants Committee is going to need a mailing list.
Suggested name: IEGcom
This list should be private, at least to begin with, because public discussions
can and should happen on-wiki, but we expect some discussions around individual
grantees may be sensitive.

When committee is finalized we'll add a volunteer admin from the committee, but
I'm fine taking this role on while we're setting up...we've got a tight
timeline and I'd like to ask committee members to join the list as soon as
they've been selected for membership.
