It was requested/suggested to stewards that the server en.labs.wikimedia.org
be set to be NOINDEX at a base configuration level for the server. Suggested
as the wiki contains text of no real value to the broader internet. Presuambly
we will still need local indexing services running so that if pages are
required to be deleted (as had to be done today) that they can still be found.
