When modifying a sitelink the edit summary is "Added site-specific [xxwiki]
link"(ex:
https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q2480302&diff=prev&oldid=6118299).
Something like "Modified site-specific [xxwiki] link" would be more accurate.
