The entityselector widget constructor can be found in jQuery.ui.entityselector.
Since it is not a generic low-level UI widget and rather wikibase specific, it
should be moved into jQuery.wikibase.entityselector instead. Wherever the
entityselector is currently used should not be affected since usually a jQuery
bridge is registered and used as jQuery.fn.entityselector.
