The plural magic word is exposed in MediaWiki:Pagetriage-characters-left. I
found this bug by going to NtTerminalProcess via PageTriage on en.wikipedia,
then I used the "Mark this page as reviewed" option in the curation toolbar and
started typing. Once I had typed in the first letter the message was
"{{PLURAL:249|249 char|249 chars}} left"
The expected behaviour here is to show "249 chars left".
...Apparantly the plural magic word is also shown under the option "Send
appreciation", in the same way.
