I'm developing a media handling extension that does some transformations on an
uploaded file (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:PDBHandler). So far
I've been developing it against a single-instance, filesystem-backend
environment on Labs, but that mimic doesn't Wikimedia Commons's environment as
closely as it could.
Please add support for developing against environments that are similar that of
Commons, e.g. maybe with a Swift-based backend, etc.
