Ff possibe, the folder includes/normal needs a clean up.
There are some tests (move to tests/phpunit):
UtfNormalTest.php
UtfNormalTest2.php
There some benchmarking (move to maintenance/benchmarks:
UtfNormalBench.php
UtfNormalMemStress.php
any maybe some other things not needed in production.
