The triangular toggle on the enhanced recentchanges and watchlist should really
match the triangular toggles on the rest of the interface. Currently that large
blue triangle looks rather out of place in the Vector skin.
That said, if this is done, the timestamp string should also probably be part
of the toggle so it's all easier to click on. Then again I'd argue it probably
should be part of it anyway, since even the large blue triangle isn't much to
click on...
