Reply in English: Korean wikipedia, wikinews, wikisource, wikiquote's local timezone is KST, and more than 95% of Korean speakers are in KST zone(Korea, Japan and East China). Is it really Korean centrism? Hyolee2's last contribution in Korean Wiktionary was 5 years ago, and he assulted me in Edit summary as "ㅉㅉㅉ"(Simillar as "Poor...").
