As of I3a29b3b7, the client will no longer fail when processing Change records
about entities that have since been deleted. It does this simply by skipping
the coalescing step (which is the one that fails).
Instead, notifications about things happening on a deleted entity should just
be ignored, or even better, be replaced by a notification saying that the
entity was deleted.
