How to reproduce:
Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_(policy)
([[d:Q3178474]]), click "Edit links" will take you to
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:ItemByTitle/enwiki/Wikipedia:Village%20pump%20(policy)
However that page is autofilled with Site: "enwiki" (correct) and Page "Village
pump (policy)" (incorrect).
This also applies to categories, like [[Category:Toronto Toros players]]
([[d:Q4423149]]).
I've tested this in monobook/vector and logged in and out.
