For another problem on kiwix.org (1.20.2, MLEB 2013.01), I'm getting this:
GET
http://www.kiwix.org/w/extensions/UniversalLanguageSelector/lib/jquery.uls/i18n/en.json
404 (Not Found)
While ULS tries and retries for a few dozen times before the IME icon finally
shows up, I can't type anything, wherever I am: edit area, edit summary,
deletion reason... (it works on login page however).
This gets exacerbated by the particularly slow loading in this case, but I
guess it's always a problem.
