It works for me, however jeblad in the discussion says "The last responce I got was that the correct form is «Friddja encyklopediija»", while the current logo is the one which avoids the word "encyklopediija" and is the same he asked in comment 0. All is fine in monobook, so probably the problem was that they had hacked in MediaWiki:Vector.css rather than the wiki config, but now it's ok.
