In many cases users who AbuseFilter blocked them, they don't see the cation
message and they repeat their work many times and finally leave wiki :).
Now Cation Message Located inside many texts at top of edit page!
In my opinion the messages should be like Alarm message of OS or like alarm()
in JavaScript. users should read cation text and press OK to close popup
window.
