Use protocol-relative URL(*1) to make links to the translation page
(Special:Translate).
For example(*2), the link shows only for http protocol as following:
[http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-Template%3AOurProjects&language=ja]
This should be written using protocol-relative URL as following:
[//meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-Template%3AOurProjects&language=ja]
I mean that "http" should be removed from the links for https users.
