Just now Greg was trying to create an account with shell name 'greg' but we
already had a greg. Rather than telling him that he needed a different shell
name, it was displaying 'Incorrect or missing confirmation code.'
So he kept retyping the capcha and kept getting the same error message and...
it was really dumb.
