The new Account creation user experience deployed to ENWP is vastly superior
but they shouldn't get to have all the fun. Besides, Wikipedia editors who come
to Commons will be confused that the interface is different.
This requires some dependencies and I'm not sure about the exact configuration,
but it would be nice to have.
