In the OpenID preferences tab: after deletion of an OpenID returnto OpenID tab.
Currently, after deletion, you see a confirmation page. This should
automatically return to the OpenID preferences, because in most of the cases
the user want to delete another one, or add a new identity. In short: it makes
sense.
