It works fine locally with PHP 5.4.x, but on a shared hosting with PHP 5.3.17
on Apache 2 I'm getting an empty response from the server on the POST request
that executes the script.
I have no idea why, but when echo'ing a non-empty string from the
SpecialMaintenanceShell.php file it works fine.
