There should be a preference (available through the Education section of
Special:Preferences) to change the default filter used for lists of course
pages, such as the list on Special:Courses and on individual institution pages.
The current default of "Current and planned" will be inconvenient for some
users, especially in cases where the extension is being put to different uses
than what we're currently doing on English Wikipedia.
