Add a hook to WebVideoTranscodeJob so that methods other than FFMpeg can be
used to encode the video. Unfortunately, since it is necessary to also monitor
the encoding process, this may require putting the ffmpeg logic into another
class since the extension may also monitor the encoding process.
If I can figure out how it works better I'll probably try and fix this soon.
FWIW, the use case is for the upcoming E:AWS so Amazon's Elastic Transcoder can
be used as a backend.
