After considerably difficultly, I managed to get the Android app to upload this
file:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Test_big_file.jpeg
The creator is listed as "User:null".
The upload initially failed, and the app would close to desktop each time I
tried reopening it. Eventually (after Android finally generated a thumbnail for
display in the Commons app, I think) it stopped closing, and showed up in the
upload list as Failed. I tapped it, and it began another attempt at uploading,
this time without any problems. I'm not sure whether the User:null was related
to the re-upload of a Failed attempt or something else.
