We should remove [email protected] from default CC list in all
products/components.
This entry is entirely superfluous, since wikibugs-l is already a global
watcher. It can also cause security issues, as it will keep receiving bugmail
after a bug is marked as private (or whatever the bugzilla term for this is).
This e-mail is in default CCs in, for example, Wikimedia/Bugzilla itself. (So I
can't even not CC it on this bug.)
Also, once this is done, it should probably be removed from CC list on all
bugs. It is currently CC'd on 3817 bugs, including 1386 open ones.
(This is the inverse of bug 818 and bug 40973.)
