I can't seem to find any reason for this, but sometimes the Semantic Forms
"Edit with Form" isn't showing up on pages that have the right category. Here
is an example of a page that doesn't have it:
http://wikiapiary.com/wiki/Amiando_Developer_Wiki
and here is another page, in the same category, on the same wiki, that does:
http://wikiapiary.com/wiki/WikiApiary
I'm stumped. This is with MediaWiki 1.20.2 and Semantic Forms using master
branch, pulled today.
