Automatic "isin" for subpages should only work in the Main space.
No point in having the "isin" stuff on pages like
http://de.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wahl:Wahl_zum_Administrator/Wahl-Elelicht or
https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Incubator:Administrators/Archive when
there is already the normal subpage "backlinks".
