The link in the article page to edit the Wikidata links is of the form:
<a href="//www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:ItemByTitle/enwiki/John Colter"
title="Edit interlanguage links">Edit links</a>
For articles with a space in the name, the space is included in the href, which
is invalid. This needs to be properly encoded.
