Include the ability to change to different language versions of the same page.
Eg. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_W._Bush includes a link to
http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/乔治·沃克·布什 the Chinese language
version of the same page. For certain topics, some users may wish to compare
different versions of a page, since they might be more comfortable with one
language while another language has a more complete entry on the topic. Thus,
for example, a Chinese user may have some mild proficiency in English and want
to compare the Chinese version of the page to the English version, but may not
be sure how to spell "George W. Bush" correctly. In the other direction,
someone may wish to read both the English and the Chinese version of a page on
Confucius, etc.
