Creative Commons human readable license explanation: better mobile UI!
We're currently linking to the Wikipedia description of the Creative Commons
CC-by-SA 3.0 license on the upload preview screen, but it's super dense,
templatey, and hard to read on a mobile device. We should just link directly to
the Creative Commons human-readable license explanation:
