VisualEditor should be deployed to the Hebrew Wikipedia as soon as possible. I
did some basic testing on my machine, and I see that it's more or less as
functional as it is on the English - basic formatting works, and even basic RTL
is correct.
Obviously, there are many RTL issues to test there. I am doing such testing
myself every now and then, but letting more people test will be far more
beneficial.
Of course, I am talking about a dark launch at this point - it should only be
available to users who specifically request it.
