>From projects in Serbian default link to the chapters wikis is
sr.wikimedia.org, which doesn't exist. Domain sr.wikimedia.org is reserved for
the future WM chapter in Suriname and it should stay so. However, link
[[chapter:rs:...]] from projects in Serbian points to the non-existing page,
which means that it should be fixed somehow.
