CodeReview extension now provides for upload of test results to integrate into
review display, currently implemented in ParserTests. It would be great if
there's a ready-to-go script to run through the available extension tests,
collect results, and send to CodeReview; we can then run the relevant test
cases triggered on SVN checkin.
