When the Parsoid server is down completely (e.g. because you forgot to start
it), the error message VE gives you is "parsoidserver-http-200". It's kind of
ridiculous that it's presenting an error with 200, but it's also a lie: 200
wasn't the response code we got from Parsoid, we got no response whatsoever.
