The present infrastructure makes an assumption that local langlinks overrides
the central ones, but to me it seems many of them (prhaps most of them) are
additions to the central ones. A striking example is the article Palpatine that
also has articles as Darth Sidious. The later is the darker side of Palpatine.
Different Wikipedias use different characters for their articles and some have
both.
