Its not easy to provide a setting for all of them. But there should be a way to specify if you want your username or realname or username(realname) to be used. I tried to upload a file with license cc-by-sa-3.0 in my local wiki, I entered my real name instead of the username. But on seeing the edit of that image page I saw no difference.
