English Wikipedia [[User:Zoeb]] was renamed to [[User:ZoeB]] on February 12,
2013.

Now I see the same set of contributions at both:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/ZoeB and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Zoeb
The system indicates the rename failed and that no user ZoeB exists, but the
log shows it occurred and the contributions' history shows something was moved
over.
