Gerrit change #39312 (bug 43240) overrode a correction made at the Vietnamese
Wiktionary some time ago: [[File:WiktionaryEn.svg]] uses "シ" (shi), so we
instead based our logo off [[File:WiktionaryEn3.svg]], which uses "ウィ" (wi).
(This is the same problem that Wikipedia took years to correct.) The change
back to "シ" was made without community discussion, so the logo should be
reverted back to [[wikt:vi:File:Wiki.png]] or the character should be
corrected.
