The tooltip for proofread marks can be useful for users to confirm what is
going on when the user is hesitant. However, the fact that it appears almost
immediately creates a distraction during the regular flow of marking
translations as proofread.
By introducing a small delay this can be avoided: hesitant users will wait for
some seconds, while regular users will be clicking through the proofread marks
without added distractions.
