Currently search is fully case sensitive.
This can be nice, but often means doing many more searches when you want to
catch all the cases, which happens often (e.g. MediaWiki magic words are case
insensitive); and it's not very user-friendly if not explained to the user.
In an ideal word the user would still be able to do case sensitive searches,
e.g. by putting keywords in quotes.
