There are some Wikipedias, where Babel categories contain
names for levels (such as "nativo" or "excellent") and
names for languages are spelt out in the wiki language.
For instance, the ast, es, ca, ksh, and some others wikipedias
have that, and the current design of the Category names of
the Babel extension needs to be extended to support it.
