When I connect a page to an item, I see:
"The pages have successfully been linked. You can find the newly created item
containing the links in our central data repository."
The link is encoded as below and does not find the item:
http://repo.example.com/wiki/Special%3AItemByTitle%2Fenwiki%2FArgentina
