Since Extension:RSS 2.0 is now deployed to MediaWiki.org, if you agree, I
suggest you allow links to be rendered as links for the whitelisted RSS Feeds.
Currently, the default (false) is active which leads to

$wgRSSAllowLinkTag = true; // to allow active links in feed items

As similar switch ( $wgRSSAllowImageTag ) can allow <img> tags, but I don't
know, if we need this at them moment.
