The section "Recently closed" on the dashboard does not contains patch sets of
other owners, where my user is a reviewer. These patches were there before
gerrit update.

The change I will see in "Recently closed": gerrit 51290
Seeing closed patch sets from other owners is helpful, to see what happen with
that patches, without looking at your emails.
