At the moment Accept-Language tests[1] work only locally.
The tests need to change browser configuration and that can be done only before
the browser is started. At the moment browser is started before scenario, so a
scenario can not pass browser configuration to the browser.
Tests should be refactored so opening a browser can be done from a Cucumber
scenario.
