HTTPS traffic poses a second challenge and that is that it generates two hits
in the server logs: one nginx hit and on squid hit. Nginx forwards the request
to squid and so the squid hit contains the IP address of the Nginx server and
not of the original requestor. This means that we will over-estimate the mobile
usage from the US and The Netherlands (were the data centers are located). This
will affect Andre's country report.
