It's kind of late for this election, but since the voter list is public, I'd
like to be able to search or filter it (to see whether someone voted, or which
domains people voted from, or other stalkerish things).
Along with time (before or after x), name, and domain, it'd be nice to be able
to filter by whether a vote has been struck or superseded.
