They are documented at [1]. In the URL above, the input field with id="lqt_subject_field" is empty, but its value should be "MediaWiki:aboutsite", as in any normal page[2]. Similarly, the div with id="mw-content-text" should have a paragraph with the text of the page [[wikibooks:pt:MediaWiki:aboutsite]] above the edit box.
