Description of the current behavior.
A category added to a thread shows in two places:
* At the bottom of the Talk page along with all other categories on that Talk
page's threads.
* On the individual thread's summary page.
Each time the category tag is added to a reply or a thread, it is repeated at
the bottom of both views. The problem here appears to be that Categories on
both views should be de-duped before display.
