Screen dump of the missing entry
In the supplied screen dump there should be a change for "A Wikidata item has
been linked to this page" for the Q130 (Vang). The entry at 01:47 is an
additional sitelink to verify that the change propagation work as it should,
still the entry is lost. The later entries work as expected.
Both dispatchChanges and runJobs are scheduled each minute from crontab. The
tests was run during testing of a changeset that could be older than another
fix (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/54676/) and the changeset could then
have been silently dropped.
Please verify that this bug surely is gone.
