The problem for newbies might be to recognize that for some of the pages with
red links both the subjectpagename page *and* talk subpagename page have been
deleted.
Another misleading point (mainly for admins) migth be to delete only one of the
pages. This is the case today at
available

and deleted
http://usability.wikimedia.org/wiki/Environment_Survey/MediaWiki_Extensions
