Files uploaded via mobile web no longer contain the "Uploaded via mobile web"
template. See this file:

As a result, new mobile web uploads are not showing up in
Category:Uploaded_with_Mobile/Web on Commons. Can we fix this and, while we're
at it, remove the weird stray () at the end of the user-facing tag that the
template adds to the file, so it doesn't say, "This photo was uploaded via
Mobile Web ()"?
